My items arrived right on time, in perfect condition. Staff went out of their way to upgrade one of the products at no additional cost – a courtesy very much appreciated.
Overall, I am delighted that my hair is back in the caring hands of Caprice. They are worth the travel, as I am yet to find an upscale salon that offers a thermocut upgrade, meanwhile Caprice is dominating the innovative scene once again, this time with a trendy in Russia fire cut. The place is family-owned which makes it a comfortable atmosphere. I made an appointment with Marina for highlights and cut, but was unable to make it on time that day. They were very understanding and Irina did my highlights and Marina did the cut squeezing me between her clients. I never had haircut like that before. I have received tons of compliments. Marian is a hidden gem of Toronto.
